balancing.
In
the case of nearly all rotors, balancing is regarded today as absolutely
essential, whether it is to increase the life of the machine or improve its
performance.
In
House Balancing:
We have two state of the art balancing machines which are calibrated
annually.
We balance a variety of rotating equipment varying from
electric motor rotors, pump shafts and impellers, rollers, pulleys, fans and
agricultural equipment etc.
We
balance from 500grams to 1500kg and shaft sizes from 8mm up to 200mm with a
maximum length of 3.6m between balancing pedestals.
On
Site Balancing:
Our Portable Dynamic Balancing Instruments are used to
balance fan impellers, crushers and rollers that we balance on site or assemble
fan units on our test bench in the workshop.
These
instruments are calibrated every two years.
We
supply a balancing report with each job and copies of the calibration
certificates are available on request.
