or end plates. We have in house facilities to repair these to specifications and ensure a
faster turn around time.
We metal spray, machine
bearing and seal areas on rotors, electric motor end shields, pump shafts, fan
impeller shafts, rollers etc.
Ceramic and tungsten
carbide protective coatings on pump impellers and volutes ensure an improved
service life. We manufacture shafts, rollers and hace in house balancuing
facilities to balance these.

Two of our three lathes
are fitted with digiyal readout systems. We have a milling machie to cut key
ways on motors, shafts or rollers.
Many Electric Motors and
pumps fail due to mechanical problems. Bearing areas on the shafts and end
plates then need to be refurbished or the seal areas on pumps need to be
repaired.

Our lathe capacity is up to
1400mm swing across the bed and 4000mm between centres which caters for most
jobs. This lathe is fitted with a 1000mm chuck and Digital Readout
System.
